Angry Buzdar asks Anil Kapoor to become CM for just one day if he thinks it’s so easy

A visibly angry Usman Buzdar asked Anil Kapoor during an interview by the latter to become the Punjab chief minister if he thought it was so easy.

“I have to meet so many people, take so many decisions,” said Buzdar, after wiping his brow and drinking a glass of water. “It seems so grand from afar but when you are on the other side, it is only then that you realise how difficult it is.”

“You just have to do this interview and then that, but I have to investigate important questions, like how Corona bites,” he said.

Dismissing corruption allegations in the sugar, wheat sectors, he said it is easy to make such allegations merely on the basis of solid evidence.

“Why don’t you become the CM? Yes, you heard me right. Anil, when spelt in Urdu, starts from Ain so you are even cleared from the top boss and I’ve heard the other top boss was your fan from his Captain days,” he said. “We could make it happen. Let’s see how you will do.”

Despite his PS informing him that Anil Kapoor was not, in fact, interviewing him and that the CM was watching a film on cable TV, Buzdar dug in his heels and made his staff extend Kapoor a formal invitation.

Kapoor, despite several attempts, did not respond to The Dependent.
