We are lucky to be living in country where we have maids, says Hira Mani’s maid’s maid

Life in the west looks very attractive from far but in real life, it’s quite a grind, said Hira Mani’s maid’s maid on Saturday.

“Yes, we look at the clean places and the nice things, but in, say the US,  but that’s just one aspect of it. Life is actually really tough there,” Hira Mani’s maid said. “Women have to do all their work themselves there.”

“Here, we always have maids to rely on at home while we are busy pursuing our careers,” she said. “I always rely on my maid to cook, clean and wash at home, while I’m busy cooking, cleaning and washing at work.”

These views were echoed by Hira Mani’s maid’s maid’s maid. “Oh my God, that is so true,” she said. “I was just thinking the same when I was trying to distract myself.”
