Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaaf President Pervez Khattak has served two different show cause notices to PTI MNAs Noor Alam Khan, representing Peshawar and Noshehra respectively, for their recent behaviour.
“If there were any misgivings about party issues,” read the notices issued by Khattak, “they should have been resolved privately instead of giving fuel to the fire of rumours of their being discord in the ruling party.”
“The behaviour, bordering on insubordination, by both Noor Alam Khan and myself, is unbecoming of senior party leaders,” read the notice. “Specially myself, who am a sitting member of the federal cabinet.”
Khattak also said that in addition to being a party official, he was also an emotional supporter of Imran Khan and that if his words were not heeded, he might not be so professional as merely issue show cause notices but also punch himself in the face.
