In the ongoing offensive against the proscribed Geo network, more than 80 percent of the Capital Talk area has been cleared, according to a Ministry of Defence press release.
“The cell leader of Capital Talk has been neutralised and what remains is just a smattering henchmen of the leader,” read the presser. “These, too, will be hunted down wherever they are hiding in Islamabad.”
“We are fairly confident that the larger war against these elements is winnable and that if we get the cooperation of foreign powers, we can also ensure that they don’t cross over into YouTube territory, where we do not yet have any jurisdiction.”
