Former Special Advisor to the Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resources Zulfi Bukhari has responded to the press reports about him being in Israel.
“I was only in Israel because I had to meet my Tel Aviv-based law firm so we could initiate the legal proceedings against all the newspapers that were alleging that I had visited Israel,” he said, while speaking to reporters via Zoom.
“I reject these allegations, and I will also sue the Pakistani newspapers after my guys at Schneider, Schneider & Schneider chalk out a general policy for all my lawyers in the respective countries,” he said.
“I would have been there today but my room reservations in Eilat are for till Wednesday,” he added.
