Principle of reciprocity: Indian govt offers Canada right to kill any minority Indian citizen on Indian soil

Hot on the heels of the Indian government kicking out a Canadian diplomat in a tit-for-tat response to the Canadian government kicking out the Indian government’s top intelligence agent in Canada, the Indian government seems to be making a rapprochement by inviting the Canadian government to kill any Indian minority citizen on Indian soil.

“Yes, the offer has been made as per the Principle of Diplomatic Reciprocity and the State of Even-Stevens,” said Spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs, Arindam Bagchi.

“The Canadian government can kill any Indian belonging to any minority community, as we are alleged to have done in Canada,” he said. “These can belong to the Muslim, Christian, yes, even Sikh communities. In fact, even Hindus from the Scheduled Castes can be included in this list.”

“The definition of minority here also extends to the parliament as well, so any member of the opposition in the

Lok Sabha, so take that into consideration as well,” he said.

“After this immense flexibility on our part, we expect the Canadian government to meet us halfway and put this entire matter behind us.”
