All illegal Afghan refugees have to leave the country by the 1st of November, repeated caretaker information minister Murtaza Solangi, who has to vacate office by the 15 of November, as per the constitutional limit for caretaker setups.
Human rights watch have expressed concerns about the forcibly evacuated Afghan refugees, many of whom do have documentation and are going to be going back to stark and hostile conditions in Afghanistan. They have also expressed concerns about the caretaker minister who has to go back to a status where he will not only have a cabinet portfolio but also lose the little moral credit that he had.
