Will jointly release the foreign interference letter and paintee-painchur tape at a later date, says PM

Prime Minister Imran Khan has assured the nation in a live address that he will reveal both the letter proving foreign political interference in the country and the infamous audio tape describing 35 instances of ‘painchurs’ in the 2013 general elections at a later date.

“Yes, I know you all have waited for many years for a audio tape,” he said from a dais at D-chowk, Islamabad. “Well, you’re going to be rewarded for the wait because I’m also going to show the other letter that I just spoke of.”

“I am just waiting for the right time, my people,” he said. “And that right time will come.”

JUST IN: As per a circular released by the PM Office before this story went to press, the PM has retracted the promise about the ‘35 painchurs’ tape as he has already apologised for the said claim in the court of law.

“The PM, however, stands by his promise to reveal the other letter at the later date,” read the circular.
